As per the University Grants Commission (Grievance Redressal) Regulations, 2012 the college has formed a committee headed by the Principal and senior faculties to address students grievances

Objectives

  • To solve students academic and administrative problem and bring co-ordination of various departments
  • To investigate and review complaints or grievances of students
  • To investigate the cause of grievances
  • To ensure effectual solution depending upon the gravity of the grievance
  • The Committee will ensure to address the grievance by 15 days depending on severity and type of complaint.

Guidelines

  • To redresses the grievances at individual and class level
  • The Cell maintains a conducive and unprejudiced educational environment.
  • All complaints are scrutinized by the grievance redressal cell
  • There is a Grievance Redressal Box (Suggestion box) in which student is free to drop their written complaints pertaining to any aspect of their college
  • The members of the Grievance Redressal Cell meet twice a month to review the complaints, if any and suggest appropriate modes of action
  • The student can send their grievance either written mode(Suggestion box) or online(through email or Online form)
